Not wanting to left behind from its competitors, Lenovo, the largest electronic companies in China, want to also involve themselves in the 'war' tablets in the world. This is demonstrated by the release of two tablets at once, Lenovo ThinkPad and IdeaPad as its flagship. According to Rory Read, president of Lenovo, in an interview with Dow Jones who said that Lenovo will not be releasing new phones in the United States until 2012.
Second Tablets, the IdeaPad and ThinkPad will be offered ranging from about $450 to $900 depending on the model. Tablet Lenovo IdeaPad will come first around July, while the Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet will attend in August. Both the Lenovo IdeaPad and Lenovo ThinkPad each will use the Android OS version 3.0.
Apart from the second tablet, Lenovo is preparing a new tablet another tablet Windows 7 (probably could be windows 8) with 7-inch screen to be present at the end of this year. Detailed specifications of the tablet Windows is still a secret.
The tablet is expected to compete in an increasingly tight market tablets, at least able to compete with the iPad. This is possible, because Lenovo has long been preparing to issue its tablet. This is not like the other competitors, such as Samsung or Motorola, which seemed in a hurry to release a new tablet, but proved unable to compete with Apple iPad. So, whether the tablets can compete in the market of the tablets that more competitive or not, still we wait for further developments.
