Today, RIM finally officially announces three new versions of the BlackBerry Curve, BlackBerry Curve 9360, Curve 9350 and Curve 9370. As we know, the Curve version is the version that is quite popular and there is not much to drain the bag for the loyal fans of the BlackBerry.
Just like the BlackBerry that has been previously announced by RIM, the Bold and Torch version, the Curve version will also wear a new OS, Blackberry OS 7. Meanwhile, according to a blog that has been posted, Douglas Soltys, RIM's executive, emphasize the key features of these phones. As for using Near Field Communication which can be used to communicate quickly with other phones and accessories. Besides applications Social Feeds also get updates, the MNG-integrate Twitter, Facebook and fuel in one single application. And also a universal search function.
In addition to using OS 7, the three of these phones has other features that are quite similar, such as a 2.44-inch, 480 x 360 resolution screen, 800MHz processor, 512MB RAM, 5 megapixel fixed focus camera with LED flash and VGA video recording, Bluetooth, Wi -Fi 802.11n, A-GPS and NFC. All three phones will run on the latest BlackBerry OS 7 and will be powered by a 1000mAh battery. All this in a body only 11mm thick.
But, there are also differences between the three phones, namely the Blackberry Curve 9360 will support only GSM / UMTS, while the BlackBerry Curve 9350 also supports only CDMA network. Meanwhile, Blackberry Curve 9370 supports GSM and CDMA networks.
BlackBerry Curve 9350, 9360, and 9370, will be available in the country of origin, Canada, at the end of this month, like Bell which will carry the BlackBerry Curve 9370. Planned, the three BlackBerry Curve devices will be also available worldwide starting next month through other carriers. But, the price and availability date are still to be seen again.
