Honda CBR 600 and Beginner rider

I found a lot of people talking about Honda CBR 600 and Beginner rider, so they have the same question, is Honda CBR 600 perfect for beginner rider? Now, in my opinion is "Honda CBR is very powerful and fast motorcycle, and it's not safe for beginner". why? you know that Honda CBR 600 or we also called Honda CBr 600RR is middle super sportbike from Honda, it's came with 600cc/599cc of engine
