Samsung further prolonged its series of handsets with yet another four more models, and the Samsung S6700 spearheads the charge by being a dual-band “HSDPA” slider
*2.4" QVGA display,
*3-megapixel camera with auto-focus
*Dual-LED flash, GPS and 120MB of internal memory alongside a micro SDHC memory card slot.

As for the M2510, this is a music-centric handset complete with a 3.5mm headphone jack, DNSE audio augmentation, an integrated FM radio tuner with RDS and a 1.3-megapixel camera. Last but not least would be the clamshell M2310 that is pretty much an entry level phone, featuring a VGA camera, 9MB of internal memory, an micro SD memory card slot and quad-band EDGE connectivity. No idea on pricing for individual handsets as at press time. Pricing and availability for the S6700, C5510, M2510 and M2310 have yet to be broadcasted.
Standard Charger microUSB Phone .
This was surely a long time in coming, but boy are we pleased to see it finally happen. Nokia, Samsung Apple and other notable cell phone manufacturers have decided to adopt a standard micro USB phone charger a short time next year, with the new universal charger looking likely to make an impact in Europe as early as next year. The other companies in the mix contain LG, Motorola, Sony Ericsson, Research in Motion, NEC, Qualcomm and Texas Instruments - we wonder how about HP and HTC? Seems that these new chargers will work only with data-enabled handsets, so basic phones will still be stuck with their proprietary chargers. So, We are waiting to see it !!

Toshiba Satellite Laptop
Toshiba updated its line of Satellite laptops with some design additions. One of the key feature that we love is the flat backlit keyboard as a default feature on all models except the entry level L-series.

We have been asking the computer manufacturers for quite a while to get backlit keyboard on more models, and we are glad that Toshiba got it right.

wherever it aims to punch above its weight with the following features :-
• Symbian S60 operating system
• Native DivX video playback

• GPS navigation
Apart from that, we are pretty much naive on when the phone would ship and which country it'll come into view in.

Don't make a Call it an iPhone Killer
Everybody wants to know how it contrasts to Apple's iconic handheld. Is it an iPhone killer?
Rejection, it's not. Plus that's not a bad thing. It's just different. In spite of having a capacitive touch screen, snappy animations and even a lot of the same designers the Pre is a very different device.

Sony Ericsson C901 and NAITE Greenheart
At last “Sony Ericsson” is officially launching two new-fangled mobile phones, the C901 and the NAITE, that are designed to be more sustainable. And by ‘design’ Sony Ericsson means from end to end. From the fabric used, to the packaging and shipping to the recycling, the company wants this product to require 15% less carbon output, when compared to their previous model in the same category.
Now which category are we talking about!? That's the entry height, mass market, category. This is where Sony Ericsson thinks that it can make a bigger dissimilarity since of the sheer volume. There's no green advertising gimmick the company says the phones aren't accurately green, they look like usual phones and many customers won't even notice the handsets' green independence. 'People just want good quality phones'.
